Partners who repeatedly cancel may experience:

Who is responsible if something goes wrong during a session?
Partners are fully responsible for the safety, conduct, and quality of the experiences they deliver.
We strongly recommend that all partners carry their own professional liability insurance, particularly for:

- physical or somatic practices
- any experience involving direct contact
Regarding platform protection: If a booking raises serious concerns — including safety issues, misleading conduct, or breach of platform standards — SpiritualParty reserves the right to:
- issue a full refund to the client
- withhold partner payment for that booking
In such cases, the partner will not receive remuneration for the affected booking.
When in doubt, prioritize safety and transparency.

Can I communicate outside the platform?
Initial communication and booking management should remain inside the platform.
This protects both parties by ensuring:

Keeping communication on-platform also means that if any issue arises, there is a clear, verifiable record that protects you as much as it protects the client.
Attempts to bypass the platform may lead to reduced visibility or account review.

As a partner, you may have access to certain client information through the platform (such as name, contact details, and booking context).
You are required to:
- use client data only for the purpose of fulfilling the booking

- comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
You are not permitted to:
- export or store client contact details outside the platform for personal use
- contact clients through channels outside the platform without their explicit consent
- share client information with third parties
Misuse of client data is a serious breach of platform policy and may result in immediate account suspension.
